Terms of Use and Rental

1. Booking

Bookings can be made on the website, by phone, email or WhatsApp:

• A booking is considered confirmed once the Lessor has sent a confirmation.
• Please book in advance — popular attractions get booked quickly on weekends.
• When booking, please provide the event date, location, desired equipment and contact details.
• The Lessor reserves the right to request a deposit to secure the booking.

2. Payment

Payment for the rental is made in accordance with the confirmed booking:

• The prices shown are per rental day unless agreed otherwise.
• Payment is accepted in cash, by bank transfer or by other agreed means.
• Depending on the order size, a deposit may apply, with the remaining amount settled before or upon delivery.
• The price includes attraction rental, delivery within the defined zone, setup and removal, unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery and setup

The Lessor provides delivery, setup and removal of the equipment:

• Delivery within Mārupe is free; outside Mārupe a delivery and collection fee applies based on distance.
• The setup area must be level, clean and free of sharp objects; access to 230 V electricity is required (or generator rental).
• The Lessee must provide clear access to the setup area and, if needed, permission to use public space.
• Equipment is set up and dismantled only by the Lessor's staff; the Lessee does not move the equipment independently.

4. Cancellation and changes

A booking can be cancelled or changed by giving timely notice:

• Please notify us of any cancellation or change as soon as possible by contacting the Lessor.
• In case of bad weather (strong wind, rain, thunderstorm) the booking can be rescheduled to another available date.
• For safety reasons, the Lessor reserves the right to cancel the rental if weather makes use unsafe.
• Any deposit paid can be applied to the rescheduled booking.

5. Safety and liability

Use of the attractions is permitted only by following the safety rules:

• Attractions are intended for supervised use only; children must not be left without adult supervision.
• The stated maximum number of users, age and weight at one time must be observed.
• It is forbidden to use the attractions in strong wind, and to wear shoes or bring sharp objects, food or drinks onto them.
• The Lessor accepts no liability for injuries or damage caused by failure to follow the safety rules.

6. Customer obligations

During the rental the Lessee undertakes to:

• Provide a responsible adult to supervise use of the attraction throughout the rental period.
• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and with care, avoiding damage or soiling.
• Compensate for losses if the equipment is damaged due to the fault of the Lessee or event guests.
• Immediately inform the Lessor of any damage or incidents.
